General Returns Policy You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by eWirelessExperts.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping charges. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Kindly send an email to email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you. Please allow up to 48 working hours for a response. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Items that are Not Returnable
eWirelessExperts.com does not accept returns of the following items:
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
- Downloadable software products.
- Gift certificates.
- Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards.
- Items that have been physically abused.
- Items which are not complete. Items need to be returned with all the included accessories which were included at the time of receipt for a refund.
- Items which have been received by the recipient longer than 7 days (Rare exceptions will be made).
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
- Most items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery. Returns after 7 days will be based on a case per case basis. If the item has been used, and it has been over 7 days, returns will not be acepted, but may be under rare circumstances.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any opened item within 7 days. A restocking fee will apply.
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
Orders Returned After 7 Days
Orders that were delivered more than 7 days ago will receive only a partial refund if you do choose to return it whether the item is used or unused. Depending on the item's condition, some returns may not be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges can be processed within 7 business days of receiving your item. If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a replacement. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our warehouse. Faulty or DOA (Dead on arrival) items must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt to be acceptable for an exchange.
